Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 2026

Horsessecure Plumbing wants people of all abilities to be able to use horsessecure.living, including people with disabilities. This statement describes how we approach that. It is a general template and not legal advice.

What Standard Are We Aiming For?

We want the site to work for as many people as possible. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used set of standards for accessible websites.

What Steps Do We Take?

To support accessibility, we aim to:

  • Use clear headings and a logical page layout
  • Add text alternatives for images that carry meaning
  • Keep text easy to read with good color contrast
  • Let visitors move around the site using a keyboard
  • Build pages that work on phones, tablets and computers
  • Write in plain, simple language
  • Label form fields clearly

Where Might We Fall Short?

Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Third-party content, such as embedded tools or services, may be outside our control. We look over the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.

Is There Another Way to Get Help?

Yes. If part of the website is hard to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to speak with a plumber, or email contact@horsessecure.living and we will do our part to assist.

How Can You Send Feedback?

We welcome your thoughts on how accessible the site is. Email contact@horsessecure.living and tell us:

  • Which page or feature gave you trouble
  • What happened and what you expected
  • The browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you know

We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.

Is This Work Ever Done?

Not really. Accessibility is ongoing. As we update the website, we will keep it in mind and keep improving.
